The first fully digital Croatian census. Designed and implemented the infrastructure, deployment, monitoring and disaster-recovery strategy: Keycloak and PostgreSQL clusters, Prometheus, Grafana and Elasticsearch. Zero downtime through the whole census period.

DevOps engineer, system architect
A web application that follows a construction project from the building permit to the technical inspection, deployed on the national cloud infrastructure. Electronic Toll Collection
DevOps engineer
Web, mobile and back-office applications for recording and billing tolls, running on a mix of Linux and Windows servers. Built the RabbitMQ, Redis and Keycloak clusters, a custom application performance monitoring solution and the CI/CD strategy, then supported the system in production.

About
A small company with a long track record.
Project Cloud d.o.o. was founded in 2022 in Sveta Nedelja, just outside Zagreb. We are a small team of DevOps and infrastructure engineers with experience going back fifteen years, working for clients in Croatia, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, mostly remotely.
We deliberately stay small. You talk to the people who do the work, decisions are written down, and nothing is built that your team cannot operate after we leave.
Automate the second time
Anything done twice gets a script, a pipeline or a module. Manual steps are where outages hide.
Boring is a feature
Proven tools, current versions, documented decisions. Novelty goes into a proof of concept first, never straight into production.
Secure by default
Least privilege, encrypted transport, patched images and no secrets in repositories. Not as a project phase, as a habit.
Plain language
Status in one paragraph, risks named early, estimates that include the unknowns. Jargon only where it is precise.
